Fingerprint Sensor Troubleshooting Follow

Issue Summary

The fingerprint sensor has stopped working and no longer unlocks the device.  


  1. Launch Settings
  2. Select Security & Location
  3. Under the Device Security section, you will see an option for Fingerprint 1
  4. Add a new fingerprint or add additional fingerprints for faster unlocking

If the Fingerprint hardware is not showing, please submit a support request with RED HYDROGEN Support.
