Troubleshooting Signal Strength Follow

The first step would be to check your signal strength in order to ensure everything is properly adjusted.

To troubleshoot signal strength issues:

  1. Turn WiFi off
  2. Ensure that Airplane Mode is disabled
  3. Remove any skins, shells, or cases on your device
  4. If roaming - check the band currently in use on your device

  5. Ensure that your device's software is on the latest version

After following the steps above, check signal strength by navigating to Settings > About Phone > Status > Signal Strength. Ideal signal strength is between -60 and -90.
