What happens after the repair has been completed if I live outside the US? Follow

 

  • RED HYDROGEN ships the repaired/replaced phone back to you, along with the customs invoice which will indicate that the device was repaired at no cost to you as the customer.
  • We will also reference the tracking numbers of both the original shipment to you and the return to the US.
  • It will be your responsibility to understand the local customs requirements to ensure that you do not have to pay duties again on the reimportation of your phone
